MeDDL is offered as a compiled Matlab program. Download one of the versions of MeDDL below, run the executable, follow the installation prompts, and run the file named MeDDL.exe. If you do not have Matlab installed, then you will be prompted to install the Matlab Compiled Runtime (MCR). The MCR allows you to use MeDDL without using a full version Matlab. If you already have Matlab installed, but it is a different version than the one listed next to the download, then you will also be prompted to install the MCR. Compiled Matlab code must be run with the same version of Matlab that it was compiled with. If you have the version of Matlab that is listed next to the download, then the application should simply start.
This program requires MCR (Matlab Compiled Runtime 7.15) It is included in MeDDL 1.22 Beta, and installing that will allow for every version to be ran.
Includes the MCR
- MeDDL 1.22 (alpha) Size: 309.6 MB
Does not include the MCR, it must be downloaded separately.
Time Invariant version: Registration is based completely on the time at which peaks were found, instead of the scan line in which the peak was found. This change was made in order to correctly align peaks in files which scanning began at different times.
- MeDDL 1.23 Time Invariant (beta) Size: 108.2 MB
